  ***************MARCH 23, 2018 UPDATE****************** ***** RENTERS BEWARE - RENTERS BEWARE - RENTERS BEWARE ***** KAZI AHMED, WHO OWNS SAID PROPERTY, HAS POSTED A RESPONSE TO MY ORIGINAL REVIEW FROM ONE MONTH AGO. WHAT KAZI AHMED DOESN'T STATE IS THAT KAZI AHMED HAS NOT REFUNDED THE $4,270 THAT HE STOLE ILLEGALLY FROM US AND HAS KEPT!! WHAT KAZI AHMED HAS STATED IS ABSOLUTELY FALSE AND ARE LIES HE HAS FABRICATED AGAINST ME!!!!!!! KAZI AHMED OWNS WHITE IBIS INN, HE HAS STOLEN $4,270 FROM 14 OF US WHO WERE GOING TO STAY AT HIS HOME ON CUDJOE KEY IN FEBRUARY OF 2018. KAZI AHMED RECEIVED $4,270 THROUGH DIRECT DEPOSIT INTO HIS BANKING ACCOUNT IN TOTAL BY OCTOBER 1, 2017 FOR THE RENTAL AND SECURITY DEPOSIT ON HIS HOME, WHITE IBIS INN, CUDJOE KEY, FLORIDA. THEN ON DECEMBER 28, 2017,, KAZI AHMED CANCELLED OUR RESERVATION STATING THERE WAS MORE DAMAGE TO THE HOUSE DUE TO THE HURRICANES IN SEPTEMBER. AS I STATED IN MY ORIGINAL REVIEW, IN OCTOBER OF 2017 WE SENT KAZI AHMED AN EMAIL ASKING IF THE PROPERTY WAS DAMAGED. HIS WORDS AND HE EVEN POSTED IT ON HIS FACEBOOK SITE WAS ALL PRAISE IS DUE TO GOD. OUR WHITE IBIS INN IS IN PERFECT CONDITION AFTER THE (SIC) IRMA AND NO DAMAGE! IT IS NOW MARCH 23, 2018, AND WE HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED ANY MONEY DUE US BY KAZI AHMED, PERIOD! **************RENTERS BEWARE*************************** AN UPDATE ON THE OWNER WHO HAS KEPT $4,270 FROM 14 OF US BECAUSE HE CANCELLED THE RESERVATION DUE TO MORE DAMAGE FROM HURRICANES BACK IN SEPTEMBER. INTERESTINGLY, HE TOLD US IN SEPTEMBER OF 2017 THERE WAS NO DAMAGE BECAUSE OF HURRICANES, THEN DEC. 28 2017 HE EMAILS OUR CONTACT PERSON AND INFORMS HER THERE IS MORE DAMAGE FROM HURRICANES THAN ORIGINALLY THOUGHT!!!!! HUH????????? KAZI AHMED TOLD US THERE WAS NO DAMAGE, BUT NOW THERE IS?????? HE TOLD OUR CONTACT PERSON HE WAS SENDING A CHECK IN THE MAIL THAT DAY, DECEMBER 28, 2017. HE THEN SENT YET ANOTHER EMAIL ON JANUARY 1, 2018 THAT HE WAS SENDING THE CHECK IN THE MAIL!! ONCE AGAIN, WHAT HE SAYS DOESN'T ADD UP!!! HE TOLD US HE WAS SENDING CHECK DEC. 28. THEN JAN. 1 HE STATES HE WILL SEND THE CHECK THAT DAY??????? WE ARE NOW ON VALENTINE'S DAY, FEB. 14, 2018 AND KAZI HAS NOT REFUNDED OUR $4,270!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PERSON!!!!!

  We had a very good experience staying here last year. This year is completely different. I know they have no control over the rolling power outages from the construction going on. The pump to the pool is not working. So not having the ability to use it makes for a horrible experience. They should make people aware that are booking a place that they might not have electricity some time during the stay. I would recommend you call them with questions before you book. Like I said before, Last year was great. I would still recommend staying here because it is one of the best deals around as for price. I just hope they get all the problems fixed for next year.

  Unforgettable Fishing experience. Beautiful boat, amazing fishing locations, flexible in approach, knowledgeable, professional, knows the area and people. I will count the days till my next trip.
